Welcome to MainStreetMates, this messaging system is an extension of our Card Management System and provides the ability for suppliers or our corporate customers to communicate directly to Fully Profiled Account Holders for the purposes of Permission Based Marketing. Each MSM Account Holder has the ability to complete an additional 20 basic questions to add to their Profile and consent to receiving additional marketing information, offers and specials. Fees and Charges apply with the use of this system. All messages are screened by our Card Management System Staff prior to release, should your message be deemed unacceptable then you will be notified to amend your message prior to approval and sending. This is a prepaid system therefore you are required to have sufficient funds in your account prior to sending, if you do not have sufficient funds within your account the message will not be released.
There are two means of communication utilised for this service, they are SMS and Email.

Who can use MainStreetMates ? – any MainStreetMoney Account Holder, individual, supplier or program partner.
Can I run my own survey or questionnaire ? – yes just contact us for assistance with set up.
As a recipient are my details safe ? – yes absolutely, no private details are passed to the sender.
Does it cost money to use MainStreetMates ? – yes, see Fee Table below.
What is the delay in messages being delivered to the recipients ? – you should plan your messaging to ensure delivery on time if timing is an issue, as each and every message is checked for content prior to despatch, therefore there may be delays.
Are there restrictions on how many messages I can send ? – No.
Can I send a message via SMS and Email at the same time ? – Yes, just remember you are restricted to 160 Characters for SMS.
Do the recipients get paid to receive these messages ?– Yes.
Can I pay for my message later ? – Yes, however the message will not be released by the Card Management System until funds are loaded into your account.
Can I set up Templates for my messages so I don’t have to input the same data all the time ? – Yes.
